Love this online shopping app. It easy to browse and simple to use and have alot of stuff to sell and great deals.

The app works wonderfully! I love that I can open up coupons right on the app so that the cashier at my local staples store can scan them, or I can even apply them to orders that I send to pick up in the store only an hour later. Makes life so much easier.
Hi! I use the bar code scanner to quickly find the item description and picture of a tag to show to customers. They are amazed how technology works for us... Then the bar code scanner is gone. Now we have to read and type the small SKU number on the Search box.
App is easy to use and happy with the update
Would be better if I could scan items while other retail stores to see if staples had cheaper price .
Annoying spinner appears most of the times and chat is inhuman and insane .
Some bad moments
This app must think that everyone that shops at Staples lives in Needham MA. In fact the App is so convinced that is where I live, if I select a store in a different location, when I go to order a product, the only option offered is Needham or on-line. This is the only App that I know of that cant/wont remember where you live.
Office Depot App, remembers where I live and I have to drive past an Office Depot to get to the closest Staples. Solution check Staples prices then stop at Office Depot and take advantage of their price match.
The only reason I wanted this app was to get my rewards card available in Apple Wallet so I dont have to carry it. It keeps failing and tells me to try again later
I only used this app because they supported Apple Pay. Now theyve removed it and replaced it with Visa checkout. Unfortunate to say the least.
Tried to use it & said I had to reset my password. I did & now I cannot get in at all. Works fine on a desktop but not on the app. Could be great if you added the map. Why can I only search MA and online? Doesnt make any sense. Office Depot app works great
Mostly error messages such as Cant Log In. Cant submit an email address to reset the password. Also cant find a local Staples, via "Current Location" or ZIP code.
Also seems to think I am in 01702 ZIP, when I restart after quitting.
The App claims the nearest Staples Store is 100 miles away. It does not let me change it (I have one 2 miles away). It wants me to sign up for "Rewards", It doesnt know I have had an account for years.
